SHIPPING & DELIVERY

After receiving your full payment we will ship your order to the delivery address you provided within 2 working days. However, no rights can be derived from this delivery policy. In the unfortunate case that delay of shipment of your order is expected, we will inform you by e-mail within 2 working days after receiving your payment. All order are shipped by PostNL or a carrier designated by Borsettas.. After shipment you will receive the track & trace number by e-mail, so you can easily track your order.

Please Note: Delivery might require a recipient signature. This is for your and our safety. This way, your shipment will always reach you.

Customs, duty and import fees are determined by the customs authority in your country, and are based on a number of different factors such as the country of origin of the purchased item, the VAT rate and local import taxes. We are unaware of these charges, our customer will be responsible for these charges prior to receiving their order. RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the purchased goods within 14 days after delivery. After this period, the purchase is considered final.

RETURN POLICY

All products may be returned or within a period of 14 days after receipt. If you want to utilize your right of withdrawal or want to change your purchase for another product you must meet a number of conditions:

  • You may return item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • You have to announce the return shipment prior to returning. Please contact us by using the Contact Form for approval and instructions for returning.
  • Item(s) purchased through special promotions are final sale, and therefore not eligible for return or exchanges..
  • Item(s) should be returned undamaged and (if possible) in the original and undamaged packaging. 
  • The original tags and labels are still attached to the item(s).
  • Item(s) are not worn and/or washed, all items are free of stains (e.g. food or makeup) and odors (such as body or tobacco smells, perfume or deodorant).
  • No attempts should have been made to repair defects.
  • Borsettas inspects the condition of the returned item(s) upon receipt. If an item is not in its original condition and/or if the return terms have not been met, Borsettas reserves the right to refuse the item(s) and not to proceed to refund the purchase price. The rejected item is then sent back to you on your expense (cash on delivery).
  • If you have returned a package to us, you have to be able to evidence a proof of shipment (e.g. receipt note of courier, tracking number). We strongly recommend to always keep the receipt for the return shipments until the return shipment is successfully completed.
  • The shipping costs and risk for returning item(s) to Borsettas are for your account. Borsettas is not responsible for any damage, loss of theft of the returned item(s). We do not accept packages that are not or insufficiently stamped.
  • As soon as we have received your return shipment, we'll confirm the receipt by e-mail. After processing your return, you receive a credit note for the returned item(s). After approval we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days, through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

 

EXCHANGES

It's not possible to exchange an item directly. If you wish to exchange an item, you need to follow the same procedure as returning. Place the exchanging item as a return, send it back and order a new item.
